As part of the {New New} Etsy street team, I participated in the Sampler’s table at the MTV Movie Awards Style Lounge. I’m not sure which glitterati got their hands on the nickel neckalces, rings, and wabisabi brooklyn special giveaway totes that I contributed, but I don’t be surprised if you see Dina Lohan’s assistant rocking some wabisabi bling in the near future!

*it probably won’t, but come anyway.

My commute to work usually includes a walk over the bridge, and for the past few weeks the walkway entrance has been slightly diverted by some mysterious work being done along the usual path.

This morning I finally got to see what they’d been cooking up: some of those sidewalk inlays that least nearby locations and the distance to them:
